Chat for us. Remote, shift-based, paid on what you sell.
We are hiring chatters across every timezone. If you can hold a real conversation in writing and you want to be paid for how well you sell — not just for hours logged — this is the job.
Applications reviewed daily.
What you get
- Fully remote, permanently. Work from wherever you already are.
- Paid hourly from your first shift, plus commission on everything you sell — no unpaid trial shifts, ever.
- Scripts, PPV ladders and fan cohorts are handed to you. You are not inventing the playbook alone at 3am.
- Fixed shifts you pick, in your own timezone. Coverage is a rota, not a scramble.
- A team lead on call for every shift, and a weekly review of your own conversion numbers.
What we need from you
- Written English strong enough to hold a flirty, natural conversation without sounding like a template.
- Reliable internet and a machine you can run several browser tabs on.
- Able to commit to the same shift block each week — consistency is what fans notice.
- 18+ and comfortable working with adult content. No on-camera work, ever: this is text only.
- Discreet. Everything you see under NDA stays there.
What you would be selling
Commission is paid on numbers like these — real captures from accounts our chatters run. This is a normal week, not a highlight reel.

Be specific in the last box — the applications that get answered first are the ones that name accounts, numbers and shifts rather than saying “fast learner”.
